プライバシーポリシー
富士宮市ごみ出し検索システム（以下「本アプリ」）のプライバシーポリシーです。
本アプリは、地域の課題解決のために個人が開発した、ごみの分別方法や収集日を検索できるアプリです。

1. 収集する情報
本アプリは氏名・メールアドレス・住所・電話番号等の個人情報を一切収集しません。
ただし、アプリの安定性向上のため、以下の匿名データを自動収集します。
クラッシュレポート（Sentry）
- 目的: アプリのクラッシュやエラーを検知・修正し、品質を維持するため
- 収集項目: エラーの種類・発生箇所、端末のOS種類・バージョン、アプリのバージョン
- 収集しない情報: 氏名、位置情報、ごみの検索履歴、通知設定の内容、端末の広告ID
- 送信先: Sentry（Functional Software, Inc.、米国）
- Sentryのプライバシーポリシー: https://sentry.io/privacy/
- 補足: 開発時（デバッグモード）ではデータを送信しません。本番環境のみ送信されます
2. 端末内データの利用
本アプリは以下のデータを端末内にのみ保存します。外部サーバーへの送信は行いません。
ごみ収集コース設定
- 目的: お住まいの地区に合った収集日を表示するため
- 範囲: ユーザーが選択したコース名（A〜I）のみ
通知設定
- 目的: ごみ収集日の前日にリマインダー通知を送るため
- 範囲: 通知のON/OFF状態、通知時刻、通知対象のごみ種別
- 仕組み: 通知はすべて端末内でスケジュールされます（ローカル通知）。外部サーバーへのプッシュ通知は使用しません
表示設定
- 目的: テーマ（ライト/ダーク）や言語設定を保存するため
- 範囲: 端末内保存のみ
収集トラブル報告機能について
本アプリには、ごみの収集トラブルを報告する機能があります。この機能を使用する場合、以下の情報を取得します。
取得する情報
- 写真: 撮影またはカメラロールから選択した画像（報告内容の確認のため）
- 位置情報: 報告時の現在地（集積所の場所を特定するため）。フォアグラウンドでの1回のみの取得で、継続的な追跡は行いません
- 端末識別子: 報告の紐付けに使用する匿名ID（個人を特定する情報は含みません）
情報の利用目的
- ごみ収集トラブルの報告内容を自治体担当課に送信し、対応を依頼するため
- 報告者にステータス（確認中・対応中・対応済み）をお知らせするため
情報の保存期間
- 報告データおよび写真は報告日から1年間保存します
- 端末識別子はアプリの再インストール時にリセットされます
情報の提供先
- 報告内容は自治体の担当課（環境部等）に送信されます
- それ以外の第三者への提供は行いません
位置情報の許可について
- 位置情報の取得は任意です。許可しない場合は住所をテキストで入力できます
- 「報告時のみ使用」の設定で、バックグラウンドでの位置追跡は行いません
3. 外部サービスとの通信
本アプリが通信する外部サービスはSentry（クラッシュレポート）のみです。
- 広告SDK: 未使用
- アクセス解析（Google Analytics等）: 未使用
- ソーシャルログイン: 未使用
- トラッキング（IDFA / 広告ID）: 未使用
- プッシュ通知サーバー: 未使用（通知は端末内で完結）
4. 第三者への情報提供
本アプリはユーザーの個人情報を第三者に提供・共有しません。
Sentryへ送信されるクラッシュレポートには個人を特定できる情報は含まれません。
5. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満の児童を含むいかなるユーザーからも個人情報を収集しません。本アプリは年齢を問わず安全にご利用いただけます。
6. データの削除
本アプリが端末内に保存するデータ（コース設定・通知設定・表示設定）は、アプリをアンインストールすることで完全に削除されます。
Sentryに送信済みのクラッシュレポートの削除をご希望の場合は、下記連絡先までご連絡ください。
7. 準拠法
本ポリシーは日本国の個人情報の保護に関する法律（個人情報保護法）に基づきます。Sentryへのクラッシュレポート送信は匿名データであり、EU一般データ保護規則（GDPR）における個人データの処理には該当しません。
8. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページの更新日を変更し、変更内容の概要を記載します。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリのアップデート時にお知らせします。

Privacy Policy
This is the privacy policy for Fujinomiya City Garbage Collection Search System (hereinafter “the App”).
This App was developed by an individual to help solve local community challenges, providing garbage sorting and collection schedule information.
Last updated: March 25, 2026
The App does not collect any personal information such as names, email addresses, physical addresses, or phone numbers.
However, the following anonymous data is automatically collected to improve app stability:
Crash Reports (Sentry)
- Purpose: To detect and fix crashes and errors, maintaining app quality
- Data collected: Error type and location, device OS type and version, app version
- Data NOT collected: Names, location data, garbage search history, notification settings, device advertising IDs
- Destination: Sentry (Functional Software, Inc., United States)

- Note: No data is sent during development (debug mode). Data is only transmitted in the production environment
2. On-Device Data Usage
The App stores the following data only on the device. No data is transmitted to external servers.
Garbage Collection Course Setting
- Purpose: To display collection dates matching the user’s residential area
- Scope: Only the course name (A–I) selected by the user
Notification Settings
- Purpose: To send reminder notifications the day before garbage collection
- Scope: Notification ON/OFF status, notification time, and target garbage types
- Mechanism: All notifications are scheduled locally on the device (local notifications). No external push notification servers are used
Display Settings
- Purpose: To save theme (light/dark) and language preferences
- Scope: On-device storage only
Collection Trouble Report Feature
The App includes a feature for reporting garbage collection issues. When using this feature, the following information is collected:
- Photos: Images taken with the camera or selected from the camera roll (to verify the reported issue)
- Location: Your current location at the time of reporting (to identify the collection point). This is a one-time foreground retrieval only; no continuous tracking is performed
- Device Identifier: An anonymous ID used to associate reports (does not contain personally identifiable information)
Purpose of Use
- To send the trouble report to the municipal department responsible and request action
- To notify the reporter of the status (Under Review, In Progress, Resolved)
Retention Period
- Report data and photos are retained for one year from the date of the report
- The device identifier is reset when the App is reinstalled
- Report contents are sent to the relevant municipal department (e.g., Environmental Affairs)
- No information is shared with any other third parties
Location Permission
- Location access is optional. If permission is not granted, users can enter the address as text
- The “While Using” permission setting is used; no background location tracking is performed
3. Communication with External Services
The only external service the App communicates with is Sentry (crash reporting).
- Advertising SDKs: Not used
- Analytics (Google Analytics, etc.): Not used
- Social login: Not used
- Tracking (IDFA / Advertising ID): Not used
- Push notification servers: Not used (notifications are handled entirely on-device)
4. Sharing with Third Parties
The App does not provide or share any personal information with third parties.
Crash reports sent to Sentry do not contain any personally identifiable information.
5. Children’s Privacy
The App does not collect personal information from any user, including children under the age of 13. The App can be safely used regardless of age.
6. Data Deletion
All data stored on the device by the App (course settings, notification settings, display settings) is completely deleted when the App is uninstalled.
If you wish to delete crash reports that have already been sent to Sentry, please contact us using the information below.
7. Governing Law
This policy is based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan. Crash reports sent to Sentry are anonymous data and do not constitute processing of personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
8. Changes to This Policy
When this policy is updated, the last updated date on this page will be changed and a summary of the changes will be provided. For significant changes, users will be notified through an App update.
