利用規約

マイフォト スライドパズル（以下「本アプリ」）の利用規約です。

1. サービス内容

本アプリは、写真を使ったスライドパズルゲームです。ステージモードでは用意された画像で、マイフォトモードではご自身の写真でパズルをお楽しみいただけます。本アプリは無料でご利用いただけます。

2. 利用条件

本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。本規約に同意いただけない場合は、本アプリのご利用をお控えください。

3. 写真の利用に関する注意

マイフォトモードでは、ユーザーご自身が端末から写真を選択してパズルの素材として使用します。ユーザーは、使用する写真について以下を確認するものとします。

• ご自身が撮影した写真、または正当な使用権を持つ写真であること
• 第三者の著作権、肖像権、パブリシティ権その他の権利を侵害しない写真であること

写真の選択・使用に関する責任はユーザーに帰属します。

4. 禁止事項

本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を禁止します。

• 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル
• 本アプリの複製、改変、再配布
• 本アプリを不正な目的で使用する行為
• その他、法令または公序良俗に反する行為

5. 知的財産権

本アプリに含まれるプログラム、デザイン、音声、画像等の著作権その他の知的財産権は、開発者またはそのライセンサーに帰属します。

6. 免責事項

• 本アプリは現状有姿（as is）で提供されます。開発者は、本アプリの動作の完全性、正確性、特定目的への適合性について保証するものではありません
• 本アプリの利用、アップデート、またはアンインストールに伴うデータの消失について、開発者は責任を負いません
• 端末の機種、OSバージョン、設定等により、本アプリが正常に動作しない場合があります

7. 準拠法・管轄裁判所

本規約は日本国法に準拠します。本規約に関する紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

8. 規約の変更

開発者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できるものとします。変更後の利用規約は、本ページの更新をもって効力を生じます。

Terms of Service

These are the terms of service for MyPhoto Slide Puzzle (hereinafter “the App”).

1. Service Description

The App is a slide puzzle game using photos. In Stage Mode, you play with pre-loaded images, and in MyPhoto Mode, you can enjoy puzzles using your own photos. The App is available free of charge.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.

3. Photo Usage Notice

In MyPhoto Mode, users select photos from their device to use as puzzle material. Users are responsible for ensuring that:

• The photos are taken by themselves or they have legitimate rights to use them
• The photos do not infringe on any third party’s copyright, portrait rights, publicity rights, or other rights

Users are solely responsible for the selection and use of photos.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited when using the App:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Copying, modifying, or redistributing the App
• Using the App for unauthorized purposes
• Any other activity that violates laws or public order

5. Intellectual Property

Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for programs, designs, audio, and images contained in the App belong to the developer or their licensors.

6. Disclaimer

• The App is provided “as is.” The developer does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the App
• The developer is not responsible for any data loss resulting from use, updates, or uninstallation of the App
• The App may not function properly depending on the device model, OS version, or settings

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

8. Changes to Terms

The developer may change these terms as necessary. Updated terms become effective upon publication on this page.
